We have been on Engineer Park, Sandycroft for 24 years and have relocated twice within the estate. It is located close to the motorway and the grounds are always kept clean and tidy. WR Estates staff are all very helpful and polite, and the estate was never so busy before they took over.

Igen relocated within Preston to Norwest Court in July 2009. The help and support we received from WR Estates made the move smooth and efficient. In a recent OFSTED report on Igen the Inspector referred to the Norwest Court premises as being well maintained and create a businesslike atmosphere. 
From the initial approach regarding taking on a unit, I have found the staff at WR Estates to be professional and friendly. When it came to discussing terms they were very thorough in designing a lease that suited both parties. I have found the estate to be clean and tidy, and any problems I have encountered have been dealt with quickly. 
Since we approached WR Estates when we needed to re-locate our business from the centre of Standish and subsequently finding a more than suitable unit on the estate, we have enjoyed a very good and understanding relationship with the estate management team. Everything that has been required from both parties has been thoroughly looked at and discussed and dealt with in a very professional manner. 
Collins Containers is a licenced Waste Transfer Station and has been operating from Bradley Hall Trading estate for 12 years. The Trading Estate is managed by WR Estates who we have found to be extremely helpful and responsive to our calls.
We would recommend any business, large or small, to the units at Bradley Hall in Standish. 
Since negotiating our lease in 2006/2007 we have found WR Estates approachable, responsive to our requests and very reasonable. Replies to questions have been provided quickly, and where a visit has been required this has been arranged at the earliest opportunity.
